Intro to Makeup
My first exposure to makeup came through my love of theatre. Performing onstage and experimenting with that style of makeup taught me the techniques needed to amplify and enhance facial features. As my interest in makeup artistry grew, I began to search out books by Kevyn Aucoin. It was his books that inspired me to try new things and continue learning.

As a makeup artist, it is my duty to understand how a client defines beauty and then work with her to bring that vision to life.
I believe that the complexion is the most valuable part of a polished makeup look. Flawless skin does not have to look heavy or cakey. Foundation should simultaneously appear perfect and effortless.
